News 29 Nov 2012, 15:07 IST

Recently, Jose Mourinho has been under the microscope due to the team’s poor start to the season, which has seen his side slip 11 points behind leaders Barcelona.

The rumours regarding Jose Mourinho’s departure from the Spanish capital continue to circle around the Spanish tabloids.

Catalan paper SPORT has issued a story regarding the Portuguese coach, saying he will be looking to head to Paris at the end of the season. Mourinho had indicated recently that he would sit down with the club at the end of the season to assess whether it was in both parties’ best interests to continue working together.

Spanish paper MARCA reported that PSG are already making a move for the manager by sending him a blank cheque.

Nasser Al Khelaifi, the director of the club, had been praising the Real Madrid coach, but made it clear that Carlos Ancelotti is still the man they trust.

“Mourinho is very intelligent and is doing a great job at Madrid. We are happy with Ancelotti and we’re not thinking about changing coaches,” said Nasser.

PSG were reportedly linked with a move of €125 million for Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo. The fact that bose Jose and Ronaldo share the same agent, is a somewhat added twist to the rumored move.

A recent survey by AS had an astonishing result, with 68% of the fans wanting Jose Mourinho out of the club.
