Hello and welcome to the Real Madrid transfer news and rumours of the day! The summer transfer window might be very far away but the rumour mill never ceases its work.

And tonight is no different as here are the top three stories surrounding the Galacticos!

Luka Jovic agrees to join Barcelona

Luka Jovic has absolutely taken the Bundesliga to storm so far this season. In a league that has the great Robert Lewandowski, Luka Jovic is leading the scoring charts with 14 goals from just 1310 minutes.

It means that he scores a goal in every 94 minutes and it is no wonder that Barcelona have eyed him as a successor to the throne of Luis Suarez, with Real Madrid also being interested. According to reports, however, Barcelona have agreed on personal terms with the player and all that remains now is to agree upon a deal with Frankfurt.

Jovic might be on loan in Germany but the German outfit have announced that they are going to sign him outright from Benfica, which means Barca will have to negotiate with them.

Modric to Manchester United

This is perhaps the craziest story of the day as reports from Spain suggest Luka Modric has a new suitor in the form of Manchester United. The Red Devils are willing to offer €60-70 million for the Croat and the amount is deemed satisfactory by Florentino Perez.

Wolves beat Madrid over Joao Felix

As if losing Jovic to Barcelona wasn’t enough, Madrid are also set to lose in the race to sign Benfica star Joao Felix to Wolves. According to the Mirror, Wolves have the first-refusal for any client of Jorge Mendes and since Felix is a client of the super-agent, Wolves have the advantage of signing the youngster.
