#3 Hazard to Madrid

Eden Hazard’s love story with Real Madrid should have its climactic moment in the summer. Something has got to give after the end of the season as it will define the path the Belgian chooses.

The former Lille star, though, has continuously spoken of his desire to play for Madrid. He stated that he would like to play for Madrid even though Zinedine Zidane is no longer the manager at the Santiago Bernabeu because, after all, it is Real Madrid we are talking about.

"Would I like to sign for Real Madrid? Why not?" he said. "I have never heard from Zidane and if he goes to Manchester United tomorrow, for example, I would not be there.

"Real Madrid without Zidane is different, but it is still Real Madrid.”

However, he refused to rule out the possibility of his staying in London, stating that there are factors that could make him stay.

"I've won everything in England, except the Community Shield, but that doesn't mean I'm going to leave. I've always said that I want to try something different after England, but there are things that might make me stay."

Hazard has been criticized for his lack of goals and the Belgian sarcastically claimed that even his next manager would be frustrated at him because every manager he has worked with has shared similar sentiments.

"I didn't only frustrate Conte," he said. "In my career, I've frustrated all my coaches. And here, Sarri, I still frustrate him. [Jose] Mourinho, I frustrated him.

"They think I need to score more, to do more here, more of that. The next one I have, I'll frustrate him, too."

#2 Hazard to Madrid is done

Things go a step further with this report from Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda as he claims that the Chelsea star has already signed a pre-agreement with the Galacticos. With just over a year left in his contract, the ball is actually in Madrid’s court, which is why these stories come up so frequently.

According to Inda, the Merengues have agreed to a €13 million salary per annum for the superstar and will also give him bonuses should he win the Champions League, the league or the Ballon d’Or.

"Real Madrid has a pre-agreement by Hazard,” he said. “And they are €13m (11.44m) net per season (£220,000-a-week) plus one in case the league is won.

“Another if it is Golden Ball and one and a half if it is a European champion. And the contract is for five seasons.”

#1 James and Fekir

Real Madrid have been linked with Lyon star Nabil Fekir and the player hasn’t ruled out a move abroad when asked about it. In fact, the Lyon man revealed that he actually dreams about moving to a foreign league.

“I don't know [if this is my last season at Lyon]. Last year should have been the last, but in the end, I'm still here,” he said. “I can’t know it. I'm in Lyon, but what player does not dream of discovering another championship, discovering another club? We'll see that in the market.”

Madrid, the report adds, don’t think that he would cost more than €70 million.

Meanwhile, Independent claim that Arsenal have made contact with Real Madrid on a possible loan move for James Rodriguez. The Galacticos, however, would like to use the Colombian as a sweetener to bring Christian Eriksen from Spurs.
