Valverde wants Madrid stay
Real Madrid starlet Federico Valverde has stated that he wants to stay at Real Madrid amid links to Napoli. The Uruguayan claimed that he has achieved his goal of playing at Madrid by working hard.
He also added that his future depends on the club and that should he leave, he will do so with the feeling that he gave it his best shot at the Bernabeu. Right now, however, he wants to seize as many opportunities as he can.
“I’d like to stay at Real Madrid,” he said. “I’ve worked very hard to play here and I achieved it.
“Every day, I do my best and if I have to leave, I’ll do so knowing that I always gave everything.
“I train and play very hard, but my future will be decided by the club and the coach.
“I’ve played for both Solari and Zidane and I try to make the best out of these minutes.”
