Sky Sports reported that Fulham had completed the signing of Jean Micheal Seri from OGC Nice in a deal in excess of £30 million. The highly-rated midfielder moved to PL after his successful stint at OGC Nice. The central midfielder had a great 2016/17 season with Nice, in which he scored 7 goals and provided 9 assists from 34 Apps. Newly promoted sided Fulham, expect great things from him.

#12. Bournemouth

Eddie Howe's Bournemouth signed Jefferson Lerma from Spanish side Levante. The Columbian midfielder played 4 matches in the recent World Cup. Jefferson is a defensive midfielder who has played for Levante and Athletico Huila. Lerma beats Nathan Ake's old club-record transfer fee paid to Chelsea. The Cherries will rely on his ability to score 1 or 2 odd goals.

Southampton signed Guido Carillo from Monaco for a reported fee of £19.1 million. Carillo is currently on loan at Leganes. He has scored 20 goals for Monaco but could not find his feet in the PL. He played 7 matches in 2017/18 season, providing just 1 assist.

Michael Owen, yes, you read it right. Newcastle signed Michel Owen from Real Madrid in 2005/06 season for £16 million. Nobody knows why has this record stood for more than a decade? Owen played for a plethora of great teams such as Liverpool and Real Madrid. Owen scored 150 goals from his 326 PL appearances. He also played for Manchester United.

Gray was a prolific scorer in the Championship scoring 23 goals and providing 8 assists in 41 Apps for Burnley.
