Arsenal are preparing a £44 million bid for Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal as manager Arsene Wenger plans to bolster his contingent of attacking options this summer, report the Metro.

The 27-year-old is currently on international duty at the World Cup with Chile, who have emerged as dark horses for the tournament and face Brazil in a highly anticipated round of 16 clash on Saturday.
