Barcelona are reportedly eyeing four players on free transfers next summer including Arsenal and Bayern Munich stars. As claimed by Footballtransfers.com, the Blaugrana are once again exploring the free transfer market to bolster their squad ahead of next season.
Barcelona's financial struggles in recent years have seen them secure several top players on free transfers. They signed players like Ilkay Gundogan, Franck Kessie, Marcos Alonso and Sergio Aguero on free transfers and are again looking to do the same.
As per Footballtransfers.com, they have set their sights on Arsenal's Thomas Partey, Bayern Munich's Joshua Kimmich, Lille's Jonathan David, and Bayer Leverkusen's Jonathan Tah. It has been claimed that Barcelona sporting director Deco is leading the operation to secure the deals.
Partey has been at Arsenal since 2020, joining the Gunners in a reported £45 million deal from Atletico Madrid. He has made 124 appearances for Mikel Arteta's side so far, having contributed with six goals and four assists.
Joshua Kimmich has been a key player for Bayern Munich since his move to the Allianz Arena in 2015 from RB Leipzig, helping the club win 20 trophies. He has made 399 appearances for the Bavarian giants till date, scoring 42 times while providing 106 assists.
Lille striker Jonathan David could also be available next summer on a free transfer with his current deal set to expire in June 2025. The Canada international has scored 92 goals and provided 20 assists in 196 appearances for Lille so far and helped the club win two trophies.
Bayer Leverkusen star defender Jonathan Tah is also set to become a free agent after ten years at the BayArena. He has made 363 appearances for the Bundesliga giants so far and helped the club win three trophies last season.

Barca are reportedly looking to offload Torres to raise cash amid the club's ongoing financial struggles. The versatile attacker has not been able to live up to the expectations since moving to Camp Nou in 2022 in a deal worth reported £48.4 million from Manchester City.
The 24-year-old has made 123 appearances for the Catalan giants so far, having contributed with 26 goals and 15 assists. He has made 10 appearances across competitions this season, scoring just once and providing two assists.
It has been claimed that Arsenal had no interest in Torres in the summer and chose to sign Raheem Sterling on loan from Chelsea instead. The Spaniard, whose contract at Barca expires in 2027, has been linked with clubs like AC Milan of late.
