Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle United are reportedly interested in signing Brentford attacker Bryan Mbeumo. As per GiveMeSport, the three clubs will look to make a move for the Cameroon international in January 2025.
The report claims that the player's market value is around €40 million, with two years remaining on his contract. However, Brentford have the option of extending it by a further year.
Mbeumo is a versatile player who can play on the left flank and down the middle if needed. The Gunners would love to have someone of the 25-year-old's abilities who could serve as competition for Bukayo Saka on the right.
Meanwhile, the Reds are potentially looking at options to take over from Mohamed Salah. The Egypt international has one year left on his deal at Anfield and could be on his way out at the end of the current campaign.
So far in his Premier League career, Mbeumo has impressed and continues to perform well even after losing his strike partner Ivan Toney. He's already netted thrice in three league matches this season. Overall, the attacker has scored 53 times for the Bees in 203 appearances across competitions.
A move to Arsenal or Liverpool would be a step in the right direction as far as Mbeumo's career is concerned. Both sides look poised to compete for the Premier League title this year and are in the UEFA Champions League.

Sterling primarily operates on the left, where Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard are competing for game time. Speaking after joining the north London outfit, he said (via Metro):
"It's a perfect fit for myself to be at a football club like this, where you can see that hunger, that desire, year on year, they are pushing and pushing and pushing. That's exactly how I am as a person."
"It's time now to meet the boys, get settled in and hopefully, now see some game time and make my mark.''
Sterling could feature for Arsenal in the north London derby against Tottenham Hotspur on September 15. At Chelsea.
