Real Madrid defender Fran García is reportedly of interest to Premier League club A.F.C. Bournemouth in this summer transfer window. The 24-year-old Spaniard's contract with Los Blancos is valid until Jun 30, 2027.
Bournemouth are keen on signing the Spanish full-back, as per @MadridXtra on X. Earlier, a report from Mario Cortegana of The Athletic stated that the Cherries' head coach Andoni Iraola is fond of Garcia's gameplay, and is heavily interested in making the addition is his squad this summer.
Fran García made his first-team debut for the Spanish giants in 2018 and was on loan for the 2020–2021 campaign to Rayo Vallecano. After 2020-21, he joined Vallecano on a permanent transfer and played there till 2023. Real Madrid announced the re-signing of García in June 2023 until June 2027, using the buy-back clause for a fee of €5m.
Fran García has netted one goal and provided seven assists in 32 appearances across all competitions while winning the 2023–24 La Liga, the 2024 Supercopa de España, and the 2023–24 UEFA Champions League. During his three-season tenure at Rayo Vallecano, the Spanish defender recorded five goals and eight assists in 122 matches.
After returning from vacation in good physical shape, Fran García has not been impressive during the pre-season friendly clashes, which can affect Los Blancos' future plans for the defender.

Premier League giants Liverpool have reportedly expressed interest in signing Real Madrid attacking midfielder Arda Guler. The 19-year-old Turkish star arrived at Santiago Bernabéu in 2023 after a two-year tenure at Fenerbahce.
Liverpool are keen on signing Guler as a replacement for Mohamed Salah, whose contract with the Reds expires next summer and this could possibly be the 32-year-old's last season at Anfield, as per ElNacional.cat.
Despite the interest from the Premier League giants and other top clubs, Los Blancos have reportedly established that they are not interested in letting go of Guler, claiming him to be a part of the club's future plans.
Arda Guler recorded six goals in 12 appearances for Madrid while winning La Liga, Supercopa de Espana, and the UEFA Champions League in his debut season for Los Blancos.
