Sports Direct News reports suggest, Premier League giants, Chelsea are all set to launch a bid for Borussia Dortmund’s star striker Robert Lewandowski in January.
The Polish striker has established himself as one of the best in Europe and has grabbed many eyeballs. He is believed to favour a move to Bayern Munich next summer.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho had earlier mentioned that he desperately wanted to sign a world class striker as he was not convinced with Fernando Torres and Demba Ba’s performance. Lewandowski is the player who would satisfy Mourinho’s wants.
With some rumours suggesting Lewandowski’s move to Bayern is all but agreed, it is unclear if the Blues have a chance of landing him this season.
