Eden Hazard is reportedly looking to leave Chelsea in the summer after falling out with Jose Mourinho and has set his sights on a move to Barcelona.

Hazard was critical of Chelseafollowing the defeat to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals, feeling that they are too dependent on him and aren’t built to play football, stifling his creativity and need to express himself.

The Belgian was left kicking his heels on the bench in the home game against Norwich as Chelsea’s fading title hopes took a killer blow in a 0-0 draw and it is believed by Mundo Deportivo that his relationship with Jose Mourinho has, “almost reached a point of no return.”

Hazard has set his sights on a move to Barcelona as he feels that they would offer him a platform to reach the heights he believes he can reach, with his ambition to eventually win the FIFA Ballon D’Or award as the best player in the world.

Barcelona were believed to have made Juan Cuadrado their main transfer target in the offensive department after reports suggested they were close to striking a deal with the Fioretina winger, but the potential availability of Hazard could cause them to delay that in order to pursue the Belgian.

Hazard could be joined by another Belgian in Thibaut Courtois after they joined the hunt for the on-loan Atletico ‘keeper, though they have still made Borussia Monchengladbach’s Marc-Andre Ter Stegen their top target.
