Harry Kane's brother, Charlie Kane, is not on FIFA's list of approved agents despite facilitating the former's transfer to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich this summer.

Apart from Charlie, many relatives of England players are also absent in FIFA's post-exam agents list. As per the Daily Mail, over 15,000 were registered after the game's governing body deregulated the agent market in 2015. However, after the exam, only 4766 names appear in the list.

Charlie may be absent from the latest list, but Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham's father, Max, is there. The 20-year-old moved to Los Blancos this summer from Borussia Dortmund for €103 million. Meanwhile, Kane moved to Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur for £100 million.

FIFA introduced its new 60-minute 20-question list this year. To make the updated list, agents had to revise from a 528-page book, reports the aforementioned source.

However, due to a legal challenge lodged by some of England's biggest sports agencies means agents registered with the FA but not on FIFA's updated list can continue operating. A decision on the matter is expected by November 30.

As per the updated FIFA regulations, there's limit of 3% fees on player's annual salary of more than £161,000. It rises to 6% if the agent acts on behalf of the player and club. Moreover, the brokering agent is allowed a maximum of 10% of the transfer fee.

Harry Kane has made a great start to life at Bayern Munich since arriving at the Allianz Arena this summer. The Tottenham Hotspur top scorer has hit the ground running, bagging nine goals and five assists in 10 games across competitions.

Kane's tally includes eight goals and four assists in seven games in the Bundesliga, where third-placed Bayern trail surprise leaders Bayer Leverkusen (19) by two points after seven games.

The all-time England top scorer has also netted once in two games in the UEFA Champions League. That strike came in the 4-3 home win over Manchester United on matchday 1, where Kane also provided an assist.
