Rumour: Manchester United all but seal deal for Atletico Madrid star Koke

David Moyes, who has been frantically searching for a stabilising influence in mid-field, might have just found it, with the Red Devils said to have completed a move for Atletico Madrid star – Koke.

Koke has been compared with the likes of Xavi and Iniesta, after putting in dazzling performances for his club. He has been instrumental in the club’s recent success, propelling them to second in the table, separated only by goal difference. The 21 year old is highly rated in Europe, with a host of clubs gunning for his signature.

The new gaffer at the helm, David Moyes has been unsuccessful in his pursuit of creative mid-fielders so far, with the exception of panic buy Maruone Fellaini, who is yet to find his feet at Old Trafford.

The Spanish international has a buy out clause of £16m, which looks a massive bargain for this talented mid-fielder.
