He has climbed to sixth place in the list of all-time Premier League top scorers and is now only behind Thierry Henry as the leading foreign goalscorer in the division.
#5 Eden Hazard
Eden Hazard has been a consistent performer for Chelsea since joining the Blues from Lille in 2012, and the Belgian enjoyed another stellar season with the Blues.
The 28-year-old registered 16 goals and 15 assists last season, and became the first player to bag 15+ goals and 15+ assists in a single Premier League season since Thierry Henry in the 2002-2003 season.
The former Lille star won his fourth Chelsea Player of the Year accolade and was also awarded the Premier League Playmaker of the Season award for providing the highest number of assists during the campaign.
