Prediction

• Southampton continued their impressive start to the season with a late equaliser at Old Trafford last week to steal a point at the champions. They are now sixth in the table after 8 games and boast the best defensive record in the league.
• Fulham, meanwhile, have won back-to-back games for the first time this season after finding their goalscoring touch at Selhurst Park last week, and could cause the home side more problems than even Manchester United could manage.
• Each of the sides’ last 3 meetings have ended in draws, and as the pair are both on decent form they could cancel each other out. Saints will be favourites but Fulham might well have enough to take a point back to London.
