Southampton ink a new kit deal with Adidas

Premier League side Southampton FC has signed a new long term kit deal with Adidas which begins on 1st June. The German brand will now have the rights to supply all team kit, replica kit, training wear, leisurewear and equipment to the Saints.

Chelsea, Real Madrid, AC Milan and Bayern Munich are some of the other top European clubs to ink a deal with Adidas for their respective kits.

Dominic Fawcett, the club’s chief commercial officer, said: “This is a fantastic time for us to be partnering with Adidas.

“As our progression as a team, club and business continues we are very excited to be involved with such an innovative and prestigious brand.”

Steven Holland, senior manager, clubs at Adidas, added: “Southampton Football Club is a very welcome addition to our portfolio of clubs. When we first met with them, it was clear to see the plans and ambition the club has for the future both on and off pitch.

“This was naturally a fantastic opportunity for Adidas to add value to and be an integral part of the journey the club has embarked on.”
