Stats: The decline of Fernando Torres

Current Chelsea striker Fernando Torres had a brilliant start to his Premier League career. He was the fastest player in Liverpool’s history to reach 50 goals in the league. However, then came the transfer request during Kenny Dalglish’s managerial return and the goals dried up. Although he did win more trophies at Chelsea, he is no longer a deadly striker he was once considered.
