Suarez is not for sale, claim Liverpool

Amidst rumours surrounding Luis Surez’s future at Anfield, Liverpool have finally revealed that their star player is not for sale. A spokesman for the club said, “Luis Suarez is not for sale. The club remains supportive of Luis and expects him to honour his contract.”

Suarez however, has hinted that he wants to leave the Reds. The Uruguayan scored 23-goals for Liverpool last season, and is rated highly among fans and his team mates.

“Neither Luis or his representatives have communicated these feelings directly to Liverpool. The club will not be making any further comment at this stage.” said a club representative.

Suarez has attracted interests from big clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid. In any case, Liverpool will not let go of their star player easily.
