Queen Park Rangers’ relegation from the English Premier League has resulted in the club losing its top players and latest news is midfielder Esteban Granero might move to Swansea City.
The former Real Madrid player joined the English side last summer.
Granero’s agent Carlo Cutropia said “The two clubs are talking about a transfer, it’s true.”
“Michael Laudrup knows him very well from their time at Getafe, where together, they had a great UEFA Cup campaign. Swansea are also looking at many Spanish players and play in Europe next year, [so] the destination would be absolutely acceptable to Esteban,” added Cutropia.
Granero played under Swansea manager Michael Laudrup when the later was in charge of La Liga side Getafe.
