Frankfurt are currently 5th in the Bundesliga and have scored more goals than Bayern Munich this season. In fact, only high flying Dortmund have scored more goals in the league and much of that is down to the three players who have been combining very well so far. Jovic, Rebic and Haller do not always start together, but they have run riot for the Bundesliga side this season.
Luka Jovic started the first two games in the Bundesliga from the bench and took 4 games to score his first goal. He then went on a scoring spree that saw him score 7 goals in 3 games, including that 5 goals against Dusseldorf. The Serbian has 9 goals in 13 games in all competitions and 7 goals and 3 assists from 8 games in the Bundesliga.

Sebastien Haller has scored 8 goals and registered 7 assists from 15 games in all competitions this season. In the Bundesliga, he has found the net 7 times and has also recorded 5 assists. The French striker started the season well, scoring in each of his first three games, but then failed to find the net in his next four. However, Haller recovered his scoring form to score 4 in his last 3 games.
Ante Rebic missed the first 3 games of the season with adductor problems and has played 6 games so far, scoring 4 goals. He has mostly operated as a centre-forward, but in the last game against Stuttgart, played as an attacking midfielder to accommodate the trio in the team. With 18 goals between them in Bundesliga, these 3 are the third most lethal striking trio in Europe right now.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
