The Arsenal right-back is one of the fastest in world football at the moment. Bellerin is predominantly known for his pace and ability to beat defenders in one on one situations. He has clocked some great speeds in the Premier League in the past and certainly ranks at the top when it comes to speed. The Spaniard is currently ruled out for six to nine months after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament during Arsenal's 2-0 win over Chelsea in January.

He might be a surprise inclusion to many but certainly not to the ones who follow LaLiga. Inaki Williams is quick and at 24, he can only get better. He showed off his blistering pace on in a LaLiga game against Sevilla this season. He picked up the ball from inside his own half and ran all the way to slot into the back of the net. He has clocked speeds close to 35 km/h.
