Tommy Johnson was renowned for his left-footed shots. The English footballer represented Manchester City from 1919–1930 and scored 166 goals for them. He is 3rd on the list of All-time top goalscorers of The Sky Blues. It took the striker 354 appearances across all competitions to get to the mark of 166 goals. Tommy also represented Everton (1930–1934) and Liverpool (1934–1936) after his departure from City.

The muscularly built Eric Fred Brook is regarded as one of the finest strikers of all times. Besides lethal shots, the forward was also a good penalty taker. The versatile player could play in any position and even kept for his team on a few occasions. Brook scored a total of 179 goals in a total of 499 appearances for City. Eric won the Football League First Division title in the 1936-37 season and the FA Cup in the 1933-34 season. He is 2nd on the list of all-time goalscorers of City.

Sergio Leonel "Kun" Aguero has been with Manchester City since 2011. The Argentine footballer is the clubs highest goalscorer of all time. The 30-year-old has scored 213 goals in 314 appearances for City and is still going strong. The lethal striker is also an integral part of Argentina's national team and has scored 39 goals in 89 appearances for them. The Buenos Aires-born player has won 3 Premier League titles and 5 other major trophies with City.
