#3 Alvaro Morata

Juventus were actively scouring the summer transfer market for a top striker. Several big names including Luis Suarez were heavily linked with Juventus but they ended up making the unlikely signing of Alvaro Morata on loan from Atletico Madrid.

There were questions asked of the decision to sign the Spaniard who struggled to make much of an impact in two of his latest spells at Chelsea and Atletico Madrid. However, Morata has been quick to put those questions to rest, fitting in quite easily at the club where he has had a successful stint before.

Morata has helped share the burden of finding goals with Cristiano Ronaldo. He has chipped in with 13 goals and six assists from across 24 appearances in all competitions. In the system that he uses at Juventus, Andrea Pirlo needs a proper number 9 and in Alvaro Morata he has found a player that fits that profile to a tee.

#2 Juan Cuadrado

While there have been several standout performers for Juventus this season, perhaps no one has surprised us with his exploits from his relatively new role than Juan Cuadrado. The 32-year-old Colombian international has been exceptional after finding his feet at right-back for Andrea Pirlo this term.

After being used as a fullback in Maurizio Sarri's setup last season, he has truly grown into that role this campaign. Cuadrado has racked up nine assists from 20 appearances across all competitions so far.

Cuadrado has stepped up and delivered on several occasions this term and has been a very important player for Juventus under Andrea Pirlo.

#1 Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo will be 36 in a week but he is still the most important player for one of the biggest sides in Europe and he is so by a mile. What he's lost in pace, he has definitely made up for in terms of effectivity and intelligence.

Cristiano Ronaldo's numbers have been unreal this season and it would be fair to say that Juventus have suffered in his occasional absence. Ronaldo has scored a whopping 15 goals from as many appearances in the Serie A this term.

He has 20 goals and four assists from 21 appearances across all competitions for the Bianconeri in the 2020-21 season so far and has been an absolutely menacing presence up top for Andrea Pirlo and co.

Ronaldo's presence goes a long way in buoying the Bianconeri forward as he is a great leader as well. It remains to be seen for how long Ronaldo will kick on in Turin but he has definitely proved to be worth all that money Juventus shelled out to secure his services in 2018.
