Lukaku joined Manchester United from Everton in July 2017 for £75 million (plus £15 million add-ons) amidst high expectations. Life at Old Trafford started on a bright note for the striker as he scored a brace in his Premier League debut during a 4-0 home win over West Ham.

Throughout the 2017-18 season, Lukaku scored 16 goals and made seven assists in 33 league appearances for Jose Mourinho's men. The Belgian recorded 2.5 shots per game and finished the season with a pass success of 68.4 %.
At the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Lukaku was one of the star performers for Belgium scoring four goals (one assist) in six matches and was well placed in the race for the Golden Boot (won by Harry Kane). He was lethal in Belgium's counter attacks and was one of their best players on the pitch at Russia. The Manchester United striker is now valued at €100 million and will look to dominate this season as well.
