Known for his extremely hard-working attitude, Cristiano's demeanour has a certain aura around itself. He is a walking tribute to the values of patience, perseverance, and dedication. Surely, Sir Alex Ferguson has gifted us a miracle in the form of Cristiano Ronaldo.

You can name any quality defender or goalkeeper, the Portuguese giant has got the better of them all. A towering Ronaldo running at electrifying pace with the ball towards you is bound to make you quake in your own boots. #5: Most International goals in the world

Cristiano Ronaldo is Portugal's all time top goal scorer with 78 goals.

Cristiano Ronaldo became the all time top scorer for Portugal, and already has 78 goals for his country after Portugal's recent face-off versus the Faroe Islands. With a hat-trick that included an extremely well-executed bicycle kick, CR7 surpassed Sándor Kocsis tally of 75 International goals for Hungary.

The famous Real Madrid forward is now only seven goals short of breaking all time international goal-scoring record set by Ferenc Puskás. The former Real Madrid legendary goalscorer netted 84 times, while playing for both, Hungary and Spain in a total of 89 international appearances.

This looks to be the next record Cristiano Ronaldo will break by the end of this year.

#4: Most goals in a calendar year

Ronaldo scored 69 goals in 59 appearances in 2013.

Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo's arch-rival and Barcelona legend currently holds this record with a mammoth tally of 91 goals in the year 2012. Lionel Messi was in a red-hot form that year.

Ronaldo, on the other hand, could manage only 61 goals for both club and country that year.

The Portuguese forward scored a career best 69 goals in 59 appearances for both club and country in 2013. In the all-time list of top goal scorers in a calendar-year, Ronaldo stands fifth. He must beat Pele, Chitalau, Gerd Mueller and Lionel Messi to be on top of the pile.

Considering his goal-scoring exploits, Ronaldo can break this barrier if he puts in the extra amount of hard work required on the pitch.

#3: Fastest goal for Real Madrid

Ronaldo scored his fastest goal for Real Madrid in 45 seconds.

Throughout his career, Ronaldo has been known to possess blistering pace and explosive pace on the pitch. He can beat defenders in the blink of an eye, even with the ball at his feet. The Portuguese forward ran an incredible 96 meters in just 10 seconds, drawing comparisons to speed demon Usain Bolt.

The Jamaican holds the world record for the fastest sprint, running 100 meters in in 9.58 seconds. Although, while comparing the two sprints, one must not forget that Ronaldo had been running continuously for 77 minutes before he made his jaw-dropping run.

But, when it comes to the fastest goal scored, Cristiano Ronaldo has to go way back to his debut year at Real Madrid. The Portugal forward scored against Spanish side Xerex C.D. in 45 seconds.

If he wishes to break this record, he has to score within 12 seconds on the clock.

Ivan Zamorano holds this record for scoring in 12 seconds vs Sevilla in September 1994. Although, Ronaldo 'O Fenômeno' did come close to that one. He scored an absolute beauty in 14 seconds, falling two short of the record.

Surely, a person who can match the fastest man on earth after running 77 minutes, can certainly break this record with his insane speed.

CR7 is targeting Raul's record of most appearances for the Los Blancos

Cristiano Ronaldo has already become Real Madrid's all time top scorer by breaking Raul's tally of 323 goals. He has surpassed 400 goals for the club and looks set to score several more, in the years to come.

With his fitness levels, Ronaldo could build a gigantic tally as the top goal scorer for Real Madrid.

However, one record that seems to be totally out of his reach is Raul's 723 appearances for the Los Blancos.

Ronaldo, in the meantime, has not even made it to the list of top ten players with most appearances for Real Madrid.

With almost 500 appearances for the club, he would require another six or seven years to become the player with most appearances for the club.

Considering his fitness, Ronaldo can easily play until he is forty. So, it's not completely far-fetched, and we could just see Ronaldo breaking Raul's record for the most appearances at the Bernabeu.

#1: All-time top scorer for two different clubs

Ronaldo had scored 118 goals in six seasons at Manchester United before moving to Real Madrid.

This has to be the toughest of all, considering Ronaldo's decision to leave the Los Blancos. A Ronaldo-to-Manchester-United rumour has been the highlight of every transfer window for the past few years.

Although the Real Madrid forward has pledged his heart to the Bernabeu, he would certainly relish being the first player to be a record goal-scorer for two different clubs.

With the record for most appearances for Los Blancos looking out of his reach, CR7 might as well try his hand at achieving this rare feat.

Of course, no player in the history of football has been a record goal-scorer for two different clubs. Ronaldo, on the other hand, has already become Real's all time top scorer and has 118 Manchester United goals under his belt.

Ronaldo's team mate and English international Wayne Rooney recently became United's all time top scorer for by scoring 253 goals.

If Ronaldo does decide to return to his beloved club, it would require him at least four seasons with his current goal-scoring rate to break Rooney's record at Manchester United.

The 32-year old would certainly have an upper hand in the eternal comparison with Lionel Messi as the best player in the world, if he achieves this rare feat.
