#8 Luis Campos (LOSC Lille)
Luis Campos, a highly capable talent spotter, was at Monaco from 2014 to 2016. In this period, Campos' strategy was clear: buy cheap. He is the man responsible for buying Fabinho, Tiamoue Bakayoko, Bernardo Silva, Thomas Lemar and many other. Also, in that period, Kylian Mbappe got his promotion to the first team.
He deserves a lot of credits for Monaco's achievements in 2016/17 season in which they won Ligue 1 title and also got to the semi-finals of UEFA Champions League. From 2017 onwards, Monaco sold all of these players for an incredible amount of money. At that time, Campos wasn't in the club anymore but it can't be forgotten that he is the man that collected all these players.
