#4 Antonio Conte (Chelsea)

Chelsea v Southampton - Premier League
The passionate one, Conte was magical in 2017

Antonio Conte took charge at Chelsea during the summer of 2016 after a tumultuous 2015/16 season. Chelsea finished 10th in the Premier League and Conte was given the job to resurrect their fortunes.

He brought in N'Golo Kante, David Luiz, Marcos Alonso, and Michy Batshuayi right after his appointment and 10 months later, Chelsea finished the 2016/17 season as the champions of England.

Antonio Conte's 3–4–2–1 formation worked wonders and allowed the Blues to play a fluid style of football. The signing of Kante and Luiz proved to be a masterstroke by the Italian as Luiz gave the team defensive stability while Kante ran the midfield.

Renowned for his passion and tactical acumen, Conte was the best manager in England last season.
