#1 Zinedine Zidane (Real Madrid)

Zinedine Zidane took over the reign at Real Madrid in January 2016 and led the team to the UEFA Champions League title in his first year as a manager. The team also finished the season runners-up in La Liga, one point short of Barcelona.
2016/17 season was even better for Zidane. The Frenchman led Real to La Liga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, Supercopa de Espana, and UEFA Super Cup glory in 2017 and became the first manager to retain the Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup.
He was named as the top men's coach in world football during "The Best FIFA Football Awards 2017." In his two years at the Santiago Bernabeu, Zidane has shown tremendous man management skills and deservedly gets the number 1 spot on our list.
