Midfielder - Ross Barkley (Chelsea)

Ross Barkley pressed himself for a regular place in the starting eleven after dishing out an impressive display against the Clarets. He perfectly blended to his role after replacing Mateo Kovacic providing a couple of assists and scoring a goal.
The first was an elegant weighted pass to find Alvaro Morata whose first time shot found the bottom right corner.
Barkley found the right corner to double Chelsea's advantage with a crisply hit left footed shot from outside the box following an assist from N'Golo Kanté.
He turned out to be the provider for Willian as he curled home the third for Chelsea.
His 12th minute shot on goal went wide of the right goal post. Ross Barkley long-range effort got blocked outside the box in the 51st minute.
His stunning strike from the center of the box was deflected towards the goal by Morata's header which was exceptionally saved by Joe Hart.

The Serbian midfielder has been burdened with the additional responsibility of leading the Palace side this season. The Eagles have not had the perfect start to their season with a couple of victories after ten games. However, their win over Fulham in their first match of the season, coupled with their draw against the Gunners would be motivating enough for the team to perform better.
The first penalty struck low down to the left corner after Cheikhou Kouyate fouled Shkodran Mustafi inside the box.
The second penalty was a powerful strike slightly higher than his previous one to the left goal post after a foul on Wilfried Zaha.
He leads the Eagles' stat char with 572 passes from his ten games along with 16 shots on goal. His defensive capabilities have helped him with 27 tackles and 16 interceptions to his credit.

Sadio Mane came up with a stunning finish after he danced past two Cardiff defenders before getting past Etheridge with his left foot to put Liverpool 2-0 ahead.
Mane grabbed his second of the game from a through pass from Salah. He lobbed the ball over the advancing Cardiff custodian to finish a 4-1 rout for the Reds.
Mane also provided two telling passes to Firmino and Lallana. Unfortunately, they were unable to capitalize on their chances.
Mane set up Salah with a brilliant through pass which was well saved by an advancing Etheridge.
Senegalese striker Mane has scored six goals from ten games. He is only a goal behind league leaders Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Arsenal and Hazard of Chelsea.
