A spectacular shot from Richarlison found the roof of the net off Sigurdsson’s weighted pass to put the Toffees back in the lead.

A poor back pass from Lewis Dunk led to Richarlison pouncing on the loose ball as he rounded off Mathew Ryan to slot home from a tight angle in the 77th minute.

Richarlison had two more of his shots blocked out with Lucas Digne providing the cross. He also returned the favour for Digne, but his final shot went wide of the left post in the 37th minute.

Raheem Sterling impressed yet again for the Sky Blues with a brace and two assists. He leads the Premier League charts with five assists and is ranked fourth with six goals this season.

Raheem Sterling cutback from the byline to set up an easy finish for Sergio Aguero. He provided a looping cross from the byline yet again to set up Sane and Silva to score the third goal.

After he mistimed his initial short, Sterling maintained his composure to drill the ball home with Agüero providing the assist. Aguero set up Sterling yet again with a weighted pass as he drilled past the diving Alex McCarthy to claim his second goal of the match.

Sterling finished the game in style setting up Aguero and Sane to complete a 6-1 rout against the Saints to end a miserable day for Mark Hughes.

In a sensational match which the Spurs eventually won 3-2 against Wolves after a nervous last ten minutes.

Raul Jimenez’s exceptional performance almost clawed the game back to the Wolves as Mauricio Pochettino’s reaction after the whistle summed up the mental state of the Spurs team.

Nuno Espírito Santo would have been a dejected man to end on the wrong side of the result after an exceptional performance from his lads.

Jimenez missed an early opportunity in the 11th minute when he skewed the ball high over the crossbar from Doherty’s cross.

He set up Cavaleiro in the 21st minute which got blocked by the defence, and later Jiménez got off-sided after Hélder Costa found him with a through ball. In the 40th minute, yet another right footed shot from Jimenez got blocked off by a sturdy Tottenham defence.

A dubious offside call on Matt Doherty disallowed Jimenez's goal before the first half. Jimenez raised the Wolves hopes after Juan Foyth clumsily tackled him on his Premier League debut as referee Mike Dean pointed to the spot. Neves made it 3-1.

Foyth gave away a second penalty after catching Jonny on the run. Jimenez stepped up to send Lloris the wrong way and slotted the ball home to make it 3-2.
