United are believed to be looking at signing a midfielder next summer with Michael Carrick set to retire. Jose Mourinho may advance his plans with a player of Fred's quality now available to change loyalties. Shakhtar Donetsk are reportedly open to selling their player, but are not willing to budge on their £50 million valuation.

Mesut Ozil signs new Arsenal deal

Everton outcast Davy Klassen has been offered a way out of his misery with Napoli reportedly approaching the Toffees over a loan deal for the Dutch midfielder.

After losing Emerson Palmieri to Chelsea, AS Roma are looking at Manchester United's Daley Blind as his direct replacement.

Reports in The Mirror suggest that Roma have made an enquiry for the Dutch utility player with United ready to part ways with Blind if they can recover most of the £13 million that they paid for him in 2014. Roma need to act fast if they are to secure Blind's services by 11 PM GMT, which is when the window shuts.

Wolfsburg looking to sign Lazar Markovic on loan

Wolfsburg have reportedly enquired about the possibility of taking Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic on loan for the remainder of the season.

The Daily Mail understands that Wolfsburg are set to rival Swansea City for the Serbian's signature who is yet to play a game for Liverpool this campaign. The Reds are said to be open to selling him on a permanent basis tonight, but may even agree for a loan spell until the summer.

Sevilla sign Sandro Ramirez on six-month loan deal

According to reports from Sky Sports, Everton have today confirmed the departure of striker Sandro Ramirez to Sevilla on a short loan spell.

The Spanish striker arrived in England last summer but has failed to impress the bosses at Goodison Park.

Sandro made 15 appearances for Everton and scored just a solitary goal. Sevilla wanted a striker this month and have got their man after missing out on Daniel Sturridge.

Marc Bartra joins Real Betis

Goal.com claim that after spending a year and a half with Borussia Dortmund, Marc Bartra has reportedly joined Real Betis and in turn, secured a move back to his homeland. The 27-year-old joined the club for an undisclosed fee and is said to have signed a five and a half year contract with Betis.

Despite winning the DFB Pokal with Dortmund, it was a difficult time for Bartra in Germany, as his wrist got tragically injured in a cowardly terrorist attack on the club's team bus last year. As a result of this backdrop, Dortmund allowed Bartra to return to Spain.

Lucas Moura completes Tottenham Hotspur medical

If the good folks at Sky Sports are to be believed, Lucas Moura has passed his medical today at Tottenham Hotspur and is set to be announced as a Spurs player soon. The fee that is quoted for the Brazilian winger is said to be around £25 million.

Moura made 150 appearances for PSG and won four league titles. Meanwhile, he is now all set to become Tottenham's first deadline day signing since Dele Alli in 2015.

Newcastle United closing in on Martin Dubravka

According to Sky Sports, Newcastle United have struck a deal with Sparta Prague taking Martin Dubravka on loan for the rest of the season. The 29-year-old is set to undergo a medical today and is expected to meet his new teammates later in the day.

Dubravka has nine senior caps for Slovakia and is expected to be the club's new no.1 ahead of Rob Elliott and Karl Darlow.
