Elseid Hysaj says he is leaving Napoli in the summer
Napoli right-back Elseid Hysaj has revealed that he will leave Napoli in the summer. Hysaj spoke on his future and sounded a bit discontented with his life in Naples. The 25-year-old has been previously linked with both Manchester United and Chelsea.
Hysaj said,
“I’m absolutely ready for a new challenge because I need change,”
“I’m not the type of person who likes to stay at a club for too long. I want to have new experiences, learn about a new country, meet new people, play for another team and maybe try to win something.
“For me, my time at Napoli is over and I hope to find a team that will give me what I need.”
Manchester United were sporadically linked with the Albanian international in January. However, nothing materialized on that front. The Red Devils are likely to take note of the latest development given that the club is still looking to replace the ageing Ashley Young and Antonio Valencia.
