Tottenham enter race to sign Arsenal target Cengiz Under

According to Corriere Dello Sport via Daily Mirror, the North London rivals are going to go head to head as they both pursue AS Roma's Turkish sensation Cengiz Under.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly had their £30 million bid for the Roma striker rejected. The Serie A giants want £45 million for the 21-year-old.
