Neymar could return to Barcelona before the transfer window shuts on September 2nd
Barcelona are close to signing Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain. That's according to none other than club director Javier Bordas. The clubs had earlier sat down and failed to come to an agreement. However, that is now close to changing as Barcelona seek to convince Dembele to go the other way so that Neymar can return to the Nou Camp.

Barcelona representatives Javier Bordas, Eric Abidal, Oscar Grau and Andre Cury had landed in Paris on Tuesday to discuss a potential deal. Bordas told reports,
"There's still no agreement. We're negotiating, we're getting closer,"
The clubs are expected to continue talks today and are expected to sit down once again to wrap up the deal. The report suggests that Barcelona will pay €170 million to Paris Saint-Germain over the course of 2 years in addition to sending Ousmane Dembele to Paris.
Neymar has already granted Barcelona their wish and told PSG that the Blaugrana is the only club he wants to join.
