Bakayoko endured a torrid time at Chelsea and drew the ire of the Stamford Bridge faithful with some heavily underwhelming performances after being brought in as a replacement for the reliable Nemanja Matic.
Subsequently, Chelsea loaned him out and he has hit much better for Il Rossoneri. Bakayoko has been reported to have said,
I heard what Leonardo said. But I’m not in a position to be talking about it. It’s a matter for Milan and Chelsea.

Staying at Milan is my dream, the only thought in my mind, but I have a contract with Chelsea. I just want to finish the season in fourth place, then we’ll think about it.
Though that is what he wants, he will not have much of a say in the matter.
