Frank Lampard to be announced as new Chelsea manager

According to the latest reports, Chelsea are all set to announce club legend Frank Lampard as their new manager. The club has been waiting to get clarifications regarding Roman Abramovich and the club's plans beyond the transfer ban.

The report claims that the parties both aired their views during the interview as they hoped to get assurances that the relationship will indeed work out.
