Chelsea eyeing David Neres and Leon Bailey as Eden Hazard replacement

The Stamford Bridge outfit is eyeing moves for David Neres of Ajax and Leon Bailey of Bayer Leverkusen to fill the void left by Eden Hazard. The talismanic Belgian will join Real Madrid after the Merengues convinced Chelsea to let go of him by tabling an £88 million bid.
