Paris Saint-Germain have been dealt a huge blow with forward Neymar set to be out for up to 10 weeks with injury. The Brazilian superstar sustained a metatarsal injury during the club’s cup tie against Racing Strasbourg on January 23.There were slim hopes that Neymar would recover in time, as the French giants prepare to face Manchester United in the last 16 of the UEFA Champions League. However, on Wednesday, PSG announced that their record-signing will out for up to 10 weeks, eventually ruling him out of both legs against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s in-form side.A statement from PSG read:“After detailed analysis by the specialists, a consensus was reached of a conservative treatment of Neymar’s injury to the fifth right metatarsal. As a result, Neymar is expected to return to the field within ten weeks.“Paris Saint-Germain sends its strongest support and encouragement to Neymar to overcome this injury, with the courage and determination that the player has always shown.”This is not the first that Neymar has sustained an injury around this time of the year. Last season, he got injured during the first-leg of PSG’s Champions League last-16 tie against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu. The Brazilian subsequently missed the second-leg in Paris, having been unable to recover in time for the all-important clash. For Man United – who are now unbeaten in nine games – Neymar’s absence should come as relieved news. The Red Devils exited the Champions League at this stage last season after losing 2-1 on aggregate to Sevilla. However, the English giants are looking better currently, following the sacking of Jose Mourinho.Meanwhile, the world of Twitter has wasted no time in jumping on the news of Neymar’s absence. So, without much ado, let’s take a look at some of the best tweets:The real reason why Neymar got injured #MUFC pic.twitter.com/lUZGvQRrnl— ..
