Real Madrid beat Bayern Munich 2-1 in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final at the Allianz Arena. Bayern suffered major blows in the first half as Arjen Robben and Jerome Boateng had to be taken off due to injuries. But it was Bayern who took the lead as Joshua Kimmich scored in the 28th minute. However, a stunning left-footed strike from Marcelo gave Real the equalizer right before the halftime break.Marco Asensio came off the bench immediately at the start of the second half and once again proved to be a super-sub, giving Madrid the lead in the 57th minute.Franck Ribery was the best player on the night but Bayern's poor finishing in front of goal cost them as they missed several glorious chances and it was ultimately the deciding factor in the Bavarians coming up short from the first leg. Here are the best tweets from the game:Arjen Robben might just be the only player that’s injuried more than Wilshere and Diaby 😂🙈#UCL #ChampionsLeague #BAYRMA— Laurenz Vescoli (@Laus1507) April 25, 2018Keylor Navas and his pony tail 😂😂 .
