Twitter Reacts As Chelsea Edge Past Burnley

Burnley v Chelsea - Premier League
Moses was the defining factor in Chelsea's win

Chelsea beat Burnley 2-1 at Turf Moor to register two wins on the spin for the first time in 2018. The Blues went ahead through a Kevin Long own goal as the defender failed at his attempted clearance and the ball went into the net off his arm.

Chelsea were made to pay for Alvaro Morata's one on one missed opportunity when a Johann Berg Gudmundsson left-footed strike deflected off the heel of Ashley Barnes to give the Clarets their equalizer in the 64th minute. But it didn't take long for the away team to respond as Victor Moses put them back in the lead five minutes later.

The win lifts Antonio Conte's side to 63 points, only five behind Tottenham Hotspur keeping their hopes alive in the race for a top-four finish. As for Burnley, they missed a glorious chance of overtaking Arsenal into sixth place and remain on 50 points, two behind the Gunners
