Arsenal beat Manchester United 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League. Granit Xhaka scored Arsenal's first from outside of the box. The ball curled a bit, but David de Gea should have really saved that, considering the Spaniard quality. But he didn't, so Twitter trolled Manchester United's number one.

The first half saw Arsenal start brightly and create a few chances. But, Manchester United hit the bar with Romelu Lukaku after he was found by Luke Shaw with a delightful ball. Arsenal scored first though with Xhaka's long-range effort. Then, Manchester United missed so many good opportunities. Fred hit the post again and Lukaku missed another one-on-one. Bernd Leno was immense on the day for Arsenal.

The second half saw Manchester United start with brilliant intensity and create numerous opportunities, which they couldn't take. Lukaku missed another sitter, which was saved by Leno again. The Red Devils were clearly on top and were looking the most likely team to score.

But, against the run of play, Lacazette won the penalty for Arsenal after Fred brought him down. Up stepped Aubameyang to seal the points for the Gunners.

Manchester United then made some attacking switches, but Arsenal were able to hold on to their lead and give us another twist into the race for the top 4.

This is Solskjaer's first loss in the Premier League since taking charge of the Red Devils in December. Arsenal now find themselves in the top 4 and United dropped to the fifth position.

This can be easily termed as a bad day at the office for the Red Devils as they clearly looked the better side over the course of the 90 minutes. That first goal though should have saved by de Gea and here's how Twitter reacted to his mistake:
