Chelsea established a crucial win over West Ham United on Monday, firing themselves straight to a top-four spot on the Premier League table.

Eden Hazard was undoubtedly the star of the show as he scored the only two goals of the game to surpass five-time Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo's goal tally in the Premier League.

The Belgian forward showcased his individual brilliance in the run-up to the first goal, running past five West Ham players to calmly find the back of the net. The second goal came in the last few minutes of the game and all but confirmed the win for the Blues.

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri was all praise for his forward and addressed his future at Stamford Bridge saying (via The Telegraph),

"It's impossible to find another Hazard. At the moment there isn't another Hazard, the level is so high. You'd have to find two players to make the level of Hazard. So I hope Hazard can stay here, otherwise we'll have to try something different."
"I'm sure the club doesn't want to sell him. But, of course, we all have to respect his decision. He's in the last season of contract (next year). If he wants to have another experience, we'll respect that. We'll try, of course, in any way to convince him to stay, but it's not easy."

Throughout the game, West Ham fans were heard directing their chants -'he’s off to Madrid'- to Hazard, who has publicly declared his love for Real Madrid in the midst of rumours about his potential move to the La Liga giants.

His performance against West Ham has only further intensified the links, prompting many Los Blancos fans to anticipate an announcement and Chelsea fans to dread any kind of exit.

Fans have since taken to Twitter to tease the Belgian's move to the Spanish top flight:
