Ronald Araujo - 6.5/10

Ronald Araujo was a rock in Barcelona's defence and was effective against Cornella's counter-attacks. The Uruguayan defender also won his side's first penalty and had a positive outing.

Oscar Mingueza - 6/10

Oscar Mingueza used his pace to good effect against Cornella and nipped several counter-attacks in the bud. The versatile defender was unable to find his feet in the final third, however, and needs to work on his final product as a full-back.

Junior Firpo - 4.5/10

Junior Firpo was given an opportunity to impress for Barcelona but had little to no impact on the proceedings. The full-back held his own defensively but offered very little in the final third as the Catalans struggled to create chances against a stubborn Cornella defence.

Miralem Pjanic - 5.5/10

Miralem Pjanic dictated terms in the midfield throughout the game but his penalty miss in the first half soured what was a reliable performance. The Barcelona midfielder played the full game and is unlikely to start for the Catalans this weekend.

Ilaix Moriba - 6/10

Ilaix Moriba had a few bright moments on his Barcelona debut and ventured into advanced positions on the pitch. The La Masia graduate does have plenty of work to do on his game, however, and was replaced in the second half.

Riqui Puig - 6/10

Riqui Puig dictated the game for Barcelona in his first start under Ronald Koeman but was unable to scythe through Cornella's rigid defence. The Catalan youngster was replaced by Ousmane Dembele after half-time.

Antoine Griezmann - 5.5/10

Antoine Griezmann had a quiet first half and struggled to influence the proceedings for Barcelona. The French striker did improve towards the end of the game but was below his best and was taken off after the Catalans had taken the lead.

Martin Braithwaite - 5.5/10

Martin Braithwaite had several opportunities to score throughout the game but was unable to trouble the Cornella goalkeeper with his attempts. The Danish striker did score a late goal into an open net but will need to improve his sharpness in the penalty area.

Sergio Busquets changed the complexion of the game against Cornella and wrested control of the midfield for Barcelona. The veteran midfielder also tested Ramirez with a volley and had a positive outing.

Pedri - 7/10

Pedri was a livewire in extra time and his energy made a massive difference to Barcelona's game. The 18-year-old starlet was unselfish with his assist and continues to move from strength to strength this season.

Konrad de la Fuente - 6.5/10

Konrad de la Fuente made an instant impact for Barcelona and forced Ramirez into an excellent save with his first touch of the game. The youngster was impressive in his cameo appearance and can potentially become an important player for his side.
