Galatasaray striker Didier Drogba dominated the headlines before the game, as the Chelsea legend returned to Stamford Bridge after a year. However, it wasn’t meant to be for the Ivorian, as the Blues comfortably won 3-1 on aggregate against the Turkish giants on yet another magical night in the UEFA Champions League.

Early goal from Samuel Eto’o and Gary Cahill’s strike just before the half time whistle was enough to see Jose Mourinho’s side through to the quarter finals of the tournament.
