It was former Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain, whose stellar strike at the Stadio Olimpico proved to be the winner for Napoli in their Serie A tie against Lazio.
Following a defence splitting through ball from Dries Mertens, the Argentinean was able to beat Lazio midfielder Lucas Biglia before slotting the ball into the net with a thundering shot to score his 10th Serie A goal.
The power of the shot was too much to handle for goalkeeper Etrit Berisha who could only watch it go past him in the 18th minute of the match.
"We have to continue like this," Higuain told Sky Sports Italia following the victory. "It is important to be back in third place."
Napoli, who are now third in the league table with the win, have racked up 33 points from 19 matches.
