RB Leipzig v Liverpool FC - UEFA Champions League Round Of 16 Leg One

Curtis Jones has arguably been the only shining light in a horrific season for Premier League champions Liverpool. Jones' career has seen a steep upward trajectory since his debut goal in the Merseyside derby and the youngster has gone from strength to strength. In the ongoing PL season, Jones has found the back of the net on 4 occasions, with 4 assists to go along with it from 30 appearances.

Jones has tremendous ability with the ball at his feet, which enables him to move the ball quickly from midfield, and he has the flair and intelligence to make the right runs forward in search of goals and assists. The Liverpool squad continues to be riddled with injuries and Klopp will rely on the young shoulders of Curtis Jones to play a vital part in Liverpool's last few miles of the PL season, where they stand 5 points off 4th placed Chelsea.

#2 Pedro Neto (21 years old) | Wolverhampton Wanderers FC

Another youngster to have thrived in a largely underperforming team this season is Wolves forward Pedro Neto. An injury to Raul Jimenez in January has seen the youngster enjoy a sustained run in the Wolves lineup, scoring 5 goals and providing 5 assists in 29 appearances for Wolves in the Premier League. The 21-year old leads the men in yellow across several departments, including goals, assists, chances created and attempts on goal.

Neto has started games centrally and even on the left side of Wolves' attack, owing to the skill he possesses as a two-footed player, along with his impressive dribbling skills. Having consistently finished 7th in the last couple of seasons, the current 13th place would surely be a disappointment for the Wolves faithful, but the prospect of Raul Jimenez and Pedro Neto pairing up for the whole of next season will be a sight to behold.

Our Numero Uno is Manchester City star-kid Phil Foden, who announced himself on the international stage a few years back when he lifted the U17 FIFA World Cup in Kolkata, India. Playing in a team that boasts some of the biggest names in world football and match-time is at a premium for even the best players, Foden has made himself an absolutely vital part of the well-oiled Manchester City setup. In 37 appearances across all competitions, Foden has scored 11 goals and notched up 9 assists.

At just 20 years old, Foden has already won the major treble of English domestic football - the Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup. Per 90 minutes, Foden records an impressive 3.97 in terms of crosses attempted per 90 minutes, along with 0.34 assists, putting him in second place in those departments among his City teammates.
