All MrBeast money briefcase locations in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1

Fortnite has landed yet another major collaboration. Several years ago, this news would have been a surprise. Today, however, it's not shocking that MrBeast has entered the metaverse. He gets a skin and a cosmetic bundle in the game, but that's not all.

Epic Games and MrBeast are partnering to give away $1 million. In typical MrBeast fashion, there is a challenge associated with it, as the Epic Games site stipulates:

"Creator, giver, and entrepreneur, MrBeast joins the Fortnite Icon Series! Eligible* players can compete in MrBeast's Extreme Survival Challenge on December 17, 2022, and earn 'Score'. The player with the highest Score at the end of the challenge will be declared the winner — which means they will earn the prize of one million dollars!"

One can earn Score in various ways, including by collecting briefcases. However, all challenges that fall under the Extreme Survival Challenge are only available on the MrBeast Creative map.

There are about 10 total briefcases on the island. Players who collect them will be rewarded with Score, which can ultimately help them earn $1 million from MrBeast.

According to Epic Games, this is what players need to know about the event:

"MrBeast's Extreme Survival Challenge runs from 12 PM ET to 3 PM ET on December 17, and will be available in the 'Fortnite Competitive' row in Discover. You can play as many matches as you want during this time. After the challenge concludes, the Score of your best match (the match you got the most Score in) will determine your placement."

Other modes on the island

One mode on the island is like Fall Guys, where players must stay up as high and as long as they can. Epic Games owns Fall Guys, so this makes sense.

Another is a maze-like mode that's not unlike a death run of sorts. During the time frame (from December 13, 2022, to December 17, 2022), one can play as many matches of MrBeast's Extreme Survival Challenge as they want or can.

However, it is important to note that this challenge isn't necessarily based on quantity. Instead, it is based on quality. If someone were to play all day every day for those days, they'd end up with a lot of Score.

It's not fair or accurate, so the game modes are not cumulative. The leaderboard will be based on each Fortnite player's top performance. The money will be awarded to the player with the best top performance.
