Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 ends in less than two weeks, and there will be a special live event timer to show exactly when it is scheduled to conclude. As most players already know, the current chapter will end with the "Fracture" live event.

The live event will result in extended downtime, and right after that, Epic Games will release Fortnite Chapter 4. Veteran players are already familiar with the process, as Epic has released two new chapters so far.

On the other hand, new players may need some explanation regarding current events. This article will explain everything you need to know about the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 live event timer, what it means, and how to use it to your advantage.

Update: The Fortnite Live event countdown has now appeared on players' lobby. The Fracture live event is set to start on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 4 PM ET.

Fortnite Battle Royale players have had the opportunity to witness many amazing live events. Over the last five years, Epic Games has released more than 10 such events, and each event has been incredible.

The last two live events have raised the bar when it comes to the quality of graphics and storylines. The latest Fortnite event took place at the end of Chapter 3 Season 2 and featured an epic battle at The Collider. The event before it was "The End" event at the end of Chapter 2.

With Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 coming to an end, Epic Games wants players to know when the new event will start, which is why there will be a live event timer.

As you can see in the video above, the live event timer will appear in both the lobby and the in-game world. When it comes to the island, Fortnite leakers believe that the countdown will be positioned near the Devoured landmark, close to Loot Lake.

The Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 timer will simply count down the remaining time until the "Fracture" live event. Once the timer hits zero, the live event will start and you will be able to watch it live in the game.

It's important to note that the countdown will hit zero at the same time in every part of the world. The live event will take place on Saturday, December 3, at 4 PM Eastern Time.

You must join the game at least 30 minutes before the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 live event starts. Live events are very popular, so players who arrive late struggle to get into the match and often miss the event.

Around 3:30 PM Eastern Time, Epic Games will release a new game mode exclusive to the "Fracture" event. At this time, all other game modes will be disabled and you will have to join the exclusive mode.

Most live events last from 10 to 15 minutes. After this period, servers will go down for extended downtime and will come back up when Epic prepares them for Fortnite Chapter 4. If everything goes according to plan, the new chapter will be released on Sunday, December 4.
