In Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4, Chrome has become Alpha and Omega while consuming the island and, to an extent, terraforming it. It's still unclear what happens when everything has been consumed, but judging by past events, it won't be good.

Nevertheless, players must yet again embrace Chrome by using Chrome Splash to turn into a Blob and fall from 7 stories or more. Why? For experience points, that's why. Those who manage to complete the task will be awarded 20,000 XP for a job well done.

Where to fall 7 stories or more in Chrome Blob form in Fortnite - A step-by-step guide

1) Find Chrome Splash in Chrome POIs

The only way to turn it into a Chrome Blob is by using Chrome Splash. This item can be harvested by destroying Chrome structures found in and around Chrome POIs. Players will have to find at least one Chrome Splash to get started on this challenge.

In addition to this item, finding basic gear is a good idea. Since this challenge will only take a moment to complete, it makes no sense to dedicate the entire match towards the completion of this challenge.

2) Rotate to any floating POI or find other high ground that's taller than 30 meters

Once Chrome Splash has been obtained, players need to find a floating platform or high ground that’s more than 25 meters. Based on calculations, seven stories are roughly 23.1 meters. However, it's better to jump from a higher point than required in order to be on the safer side.

The best locations to complete this challenge are No Sweat Insurance, The Flairship, and The Driftwood. While other unconventional locations and methods do exist, these are steadfast. That said, remember to double-check the height before making the jump.

In addition to POIs, those playing in the normal mode can build upwards to reach the 25-meter mark. To save on materials, they can build outwards from naturally occurring high ground, such as the volcanic crater at Lustrous Lagoon. On that note, finding an alternative will be better if the area is crawling with opponents.

3) Turn into Blob form using Chrome Splash and jump

To turn into Chrome, select Chrome Splash from the inventory and throw it on the ground. Next, switch to the Blob form. Failure to transform into a Blob before jumping does not end well. Given the height, falling down 25 odd meters will lead to instant elimination.

That said, it's best to double-check the function keys to ensure that there are no critical errors before jumping. Furthermore, only use Chrome Splash after the height has been confirmed. Otherwise, the effect will wear off, and players will waste time setting things up again.
