At the moment, there are five different weekly challenges in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. If you complete all five of them, you will unlock a free pickaxe. Once you finish three of them, you will earn a loading screen.

The best part is that these quests are extremely easy to complete. They are used to introduce players to new items and mechanics, such as the Havoc Pump Shotgun and Grind Rail.

• Discover three Named Locations near Mega City
• Activate three Augments in a single match
• Restore 100 health or shields while on a Grind Rail
• Damage opponents with the Havoc Pump Shotgun (750 damage in total)
• Knock back three players with the Kinetic Blade

The easiest challenge on the path to unlocking this free pickaxe in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 is by landing in Mega City. While discovering Named Locations around this POI, you can use a Grind Rail to complete one of the other challenges at the same time.

If you find it difficult to damage enemies with the Havoc Pump Shotgun or knock them back with the Kinetic Blade, you can easily do so in Team Rumble. This particular game mode is much easier than Battle Royale or Zero Build, allowing you to complete these challenges in a single game.

To activate three Reality Augments, you simply need to stay alive for approximately ten minutes. While you can choose any Augment in-game, it's important to choose three of them in a single match. This challenge can be completed in Team Rumble as well.
